Painting at Vilnius Auction
Painting is the largest part of what Vilnius Auction offers: oil on canvas, cardboard or wood, acrylic, tempera and mixed media. Since the first auction in 2007 we have presented 6,372 paintings by 937 painters.
The paintings seen most often at our auctions are by Adomas Galdikas, Kazys Šimonis, Jonas Buračas, Vytautas Kasiulis, Sergejus Gračiovas, Augustinas Savickas and Antanas Mončys. The collection spans interwar Lithuanian and émigré artists, Soviet-era modernists and painters working today.
You can buy a painting in two ways: bid for it at auction, or buy it straight away from the gallery at the listed price. Each painter's page lists their works, and before buying or selling a painting you can order a professional valuation.
