The Art Market Agency was established in 2007 as the first auction house in Lithuania working on a regular basis and presenting quarterly auctions of fine and applied arts, books and antiques. The first auction took place on September 14, 2007. Since then, we have conducted different auctions devoted to fine art, applied art, photography, antique books, manuscripts, maps etc. In 2008, the Art Market Agency has launched the brand name 'Vilnius Auction', and in 2010 has opened a gallery "Kunstkamera" in the Old town of Vilnius. We are also editing books in a series "Vilnius Auction Library" and provide expertising and evaluation of fine art items.

We provide consulting on various issues related to the purchase of works of art to those:

• who intend to invest into works of art;
• who wish to start collecting private or corporate collections of works of art;
• who wish to purchase or sell works of art at auction;
• who wish to take works of art abroad (we deal with permits-related, packing, insurance, and transportation issues);
• who wish to become art sponsors (we assist in choosing the most suitable and effective form of sponsorship.
